Returns & Replacements defective productsWhat if something does go wrong? You need to know you're not going to be left in the lurch, so we provide you with a dedicated returns department and a personal contact to take care of any problems you may have experienced. If you no longer require your product or it develops a fault, follow these 3 simple steps.

STEP 2
You will soon receive an RMA number via email, and we'll contact you to arrange the best way to return of the goods.
STEP 3
Once we receive your items back we will then send your your replacement product.
